Use a flat-head screwdriver to push up and release the clips at the end of the tracks. Pull out the upper rack. Remove your old wheel from the rack by pressing on its locking clip. Reinstall with the new wheel. (Make sure to push the locking clip into place so that the wheel position is fixed)
